b. Business Portal: Tailored for organizational use, allowing document sharing and collaboration among members.
4. Fees and Payments
a. Portal fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.
b. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with notice provided to users.
5. User Responsibilities
a. Users are responsible for the content uploaded to their portals.
b. Users must not engage in any unlawful activities while using our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms or any illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Government of Surat, Gujarat, India.
I M P O R T A N T C L A R I F I C A T I O N
1) TheCredit24 is not any NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company). TheCredit24 only offers consultation & mediation services – meaning; TheCredit24 provides the service of submitting the customer file to the concerned NBFCs on customer's request.
2) LOAN DISBURSEMENT IS DONE BY NBFC ONLY – we only provide consultation and service to customers who have purchased our portal plans . TheCredit24 does not play any part in loan disbursement or repayment.
3) Once the customer file is submitted from our end, the following process will be solely between the customer and the NBFC(s).
